The First Graduation Ceremony will be held on 11^th January 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Institute premises. All the Graduands must follow these guidelines:

1. Registration:Register at www.sbjit.edu.in using your email ID or scan the QR code provided below or available on the website’s graduation tab.
2. Discipline:Maintain strict discipline and decorum. Follow all instructions from the Convener.
3. Verification:Report to your department with your Aadhar Card, I-Card, or driving license for verification.
4. Robes and Coupons: Collect your graduation robe (gown, scarf, cap) and food coupons from your department between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on 11th January 2025. Representatives are not allowed.
5. Medal Awardees:Medal recipients shall report to the Chemistry Lab at 9:00 a.m. to know their seating arrangement.
6. Arrival to Institute:Arrive at the Institute by 9:00 a.m., park your vehicle in designated areas, and report to your department.
7. Seating:After wearing your graduation robe, occupy your assigned seat in the hall between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
8. Attire:Wear formal attire for coming to the ceremony.
9. Decorum:Follow all instructions given in the hall throughout the ceremony in a disciplined manner.
10. Photography:Photography during the ceremony is prohibited. Official photographs will be available on the Institute’s website afterward.
11. Post-Ceremony: After the ceremony, go to your department to return the robe and collect your documents. Proceed for lunch.
